encore does have a ton of performers to choose from, which I appreciated. But of course, the area I needed didn’t seem to have as many good options as others, so I ended up spending way longer than I expected trying to find someone who actually fit what I was looking for.

It literally took about two minutes and was totally hassle-free. Really easy from start to finish.

I had to go through way too many steps just to get a simple issue looked at, and even then they replied late. By the time they got back to me, the help wasn’t very useful and I still felt like I was mostly figuring it out on my own.

Also, the whole process left me feeling a bit passed around at times, like I wasn’t totally sure who was handling what. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just felt average for what we paid.

A few of the songs sounded a bit messy, like they hadn’t fully come together or... I don’t know, just not as polished as I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, but for what I thought I was paying for, I was hoping for better. I’d probably look somewhere else next time
